Kibroo is a business management platform developed and operated by Obimiz. The approved contracting entity details and notices address must be inserted before launch.
Using the service
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use Kibroo lawfully. Access to features depends on the selected plan, permissions and current product availability.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually under the commercial terms shown by Kibroo's authoritative plan configuration. Enterprise arrangements are agreed separately. Payment, renewal, expiry and cancellation wording requires final commercial and legal approval.
Acceptable use
Users must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or use the platform to violate another person's rights or applicable law. Detailed suspension and enforcement provisions require legal approval.
Service, data and liability
Ownership, customer-data responsibilities, service availability, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute handling and termination provisions must be finalized by qualified legal counsel before these terms are accepted in production.
