Kibroo Partner Programme terms foundation.
This page describes the intended Programme policy and requires professional legal review before launch. It is not legal advice.

Partner eligibility
Partners must provide accurate information, create their account through the approved signup process and comply with these Programme terms.

Referral attribution
Qualifying attribution follows Kibroo's configured first-valid Partner policy and remains subject to server validation.

Qualifying subscriptions
Registration, a Free plan or trial alone does not earn commission. Only qualifying successful paid subscriptions may qualify.

Commission eligibility
Commission rates, qualification periods and eligible renewals follow current Programme settings and may be subject to review.

Reversals and refunds
Refunded, reversed, disputed or otherwise invalid payments may result in commission being held, adjusted or reversed.

Self-referrals
Self-referrals may be prohibited or held for review under current Programme policy and should not be assumed to qualify.

Prohibited conduct
Partners must not use spam, false identities, unauthorized access, deceptive attribution or other abusive practices.

Misleading claims
Partners must describe Kibroo accurately and must not invent pricing, guarantees, compliance claims, discounts or product capabilities.

Confidentiality and customer data
Partners must protect information shared by prospects and must not access a business's private Kibroo workspace or financial records.

Payout rules
Available earnings are subject to the configured threshold, review and manual payout process. Submission of a withdrawal request does not guarantee immediate payment.

Suspension and termination
Kibroo may restrict or end participation for policy violations, false information or Programme abuse, subject to applicable review.

Programme changes
Kibroo may update Programme settings and these terms. Material commercial rules should be communicated before they apply where operationally appropriate.
