Kibroo receives information you choose to submit through contact enquiries, demo requests, Partner account signup and business account registration. This can include contact details, business information and the content of your enquiry.
Referral and acquisition information
The public website may preserve a validated Partner referral code and limited campaign parameters so Kibroo can understand how an enquiry or registration began. A client-stored referral is not final authority for Partner commission qualification.
Browser storage and analytics
Essential browser storage supports functions such as referral continuity. Optional analytics is disabled unless configured and, where presented, accepted through the site's consent choice. Kibroo does not send passwords, payment details, financial records or raw form messages to marketing analytics.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide and administer Partner or business accounts, protect the platform, maintain records and understand public-site performance.
Service providers and security
Kibroo may use carefully selected infrastructure, email and payment service providers to deliver the service. Online subscription checkout is handled by the configured payment provider; Kibroo does not handle raw card details in its public marketing site.
Retention, rights and contact
Retention periods, applicable privacy rights, lawful bases, international processing details and the approved privacy contact must be finalized through legal and operational review before launch. Use the Contact page for general privacy enquiries until an approved privacy address is configured.
